- Antisense gene id (Compugen): Gene id from Compugen: GenBank access number (some are out of date) (e.g.AL530722, NM_015343)
- Tissue specificity: Information on tissue specificity from ASAP: tissue names (e.g.brain, kidney, placenta, skin)
